Noah was raised in Buchanan, Georgia, and was an active member of the First Christian Church of Tallapoosa. He proudly served his community as a police officer with the City of Douglasville Police Department.
Beyond his commitment to law enforcement, Noah had a distinguished background, having formerly served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He attended Cleburne County High School and was married to Brittney Nicole.
